When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after production. Because many items are made to order, production time may vary during peak seasons.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We work with multiple print-on-demand and dropshipping partners. Your items may ship from different facilities and arrive separately.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final due to our made-to-order production model. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately and we will assist if possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–10 business days after production. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. JK Kreatives is not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier confirms loss, we will assist with next steps.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not entered production, we may be able to update the address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses require reshipment fees.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available at select pop-up events. Availability will be announced on our website and social media.

Do you offer custom designs?

Custom design availability varies. Follow our social media or join our email list for updates on custom order openings.
